Mike McCarthy's interview, which was scheduled for today, has been pushed to next week. The Browns are interviewing Kevin Stefanski, the Vikings interim OC, instead.

I do not know what KS would bring to the table that Kitchens would not. In fact, Freddie might have more experience than Stefanski. I guess I am in favor of retaining the current staff or at least Freddie. If they do go another route with one of the candidates that is being mentioned, I will go with Grossi's selection of Dan Campbell from the Saints. At least he has some HC experience.

I do not care if they keep Williams or not but I certainly want kitchens to come back. I guess watching the Chargers/Ratbirds game told me something about Williams when the Chargers shut down the ratbirds while they ran pretty easily on the Browns. Maybe it was personnel and may be it was the scheme. I think it was the latter which tells me something about Williams. Also, no other teams have asked to talk to Williams. He is free to go anywhere he likes if he wants to.

Yeah, I realized that when I was typing the post but may be Williams should have looked at the tape of the first Chargers/ratbirds Game to look at their running game or whatever.

Chargers threw some stuff at the Ravens that Williams did in the second half. Just Boss, Ingram & Mebane > Myles, Ogbah and Jobi

My current wish is Matt Eberflus as HC and keep Freddie Kitchens as OC, though I don't hate the idea of keeping Gregg Williams.
