Charlie Weis (ex-Kansas HC, ex-Fla OC, Notre Dame legend, UnDecided Schematic Advantage)

And you can do that quietly with reps in practice, team meetings and minutes in games. Weis is doing it in as public a manner as possible. He's humiliating the kids and placing the blame for everything on their shoulders while at the same time attempting to insulate himself.

That's not the actions of a leader. That's not the actions of a fucking man. At least not the kind that I could respect in any way. Domers ignored it--or I should say, pretended not to see it--when he did it at Notre Dame, but that is why the rest of college football hated and mocked him....not because he's fat or arrogant or self-parodying. Those things just added the icing to the cake.

I completely agree. Blantantly dismissing the seniors from practice like this is pretty shitty. No matter how you slice it, he's throwing the seniors under the bus here. Kids that have put 3 1/2 years into the program, and others that he originally recruited years ago and came to Kansas to play for him...I'd be pissed if I was one of them. I can understand if you're going to start a few underclassmen if they're very talented athletes and ahead of the competition, but you don't tell the entire senior group to take a hike from practice.

KU came from 10 down in the 4th to force OT in Lubbock. Cheeseburgers will be flowing tonight if the Jayhawks snap their 18 game conference losing streak.

They need all the help that they can get. JUCO or Frosh... playing time is there for those that want it. Saw a game last year they were playing D-II North Dakota State... NDST was pinned on their 1 yd line and ran "Dave" for a 99 yard TD. Jimmy B would have been proud.

Snyder does the same at K-State... healthy diet of JUCO talent.
