CLEVELAND - Who needs LeBron James when the Cavaliers have Ira Newble. And Sasha Pavlovic. And Zydrunas Ilgauskas' passing wizardry.
It is pretty easy to deduce the Cavs are running hot these days, and they might well have hit their peak Tuesday night. Minus James, who was out with back spasms, the Cavs still constructed one of their finest efforts of the season to smash the Sacramento Kings 124-100.

CLEVELAND - LeBron James was a late scratch Tuesday night after suffering a bout of back spasms.
Cavaliers officials, who announced James wasn't playing less than an hour before tipoff with the Sacramento Kings, said James felt discomfort on Monday night. He took part in shoot-around Tuesday, but reported more pain after arriving at Quicken Loans Arena in the evening.
