Cavs: Snow not the only issue
Cavs might wish for better point guard, but first might try adjusting system

Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but it has become obvious that before the Cavaliers can become serious contenders, they are going to need to acquire a point guard with offensive skills.
This has not been an easy conclusion to come to, nor one that was decided quickly. This corner of space and countless e-mails and blog entries over the last two years have been dedicated to defending the Cavs' current starting point guard, Eric Snow. And what follows here is not meant to be an indictment of the Cavs' wily veteran, because his role on the team is still important and needed.
Yet the visual and empirical evidence through 26 games is compelling.
