The execution was much better, but you have to admit the play calling was also much improved.
We took shots at TD's instead of running up the gut to set up field goals.
We ran some trick plays.
We didn't always do what you expected us to do, which was a huge change from the beginning of the season...

Disagree. I saw the same off tackle plays with solid blocking and assignment comprehension. I saw the same pass routes, but with a QB progressing through his reads and throwing according to the coverage. I didn't see any dropped balls, half assed routes, or a QB staring down receivers. I did see some sloppy play, but I also saw a kid who bounced right back from that. Perfect game? No chance. Different game? Definitely, but not because of playcalling imo.
All true.
But I still stand by my statement that you couldn't always guess what we were going to do before the play was run.
And that to me was the biggest difference.
