It really is hard for me to dislike Saban. He's never pretended to be something he isn't, and doesn't cut anyone any breaks. You're either all-in on his system or you're gone. And he doesn't hesitate to tell a reporter that he just asked him a really stupid question. He just makes everyone perform to a higher standard.

I kinda hold a grudge about '98 but overall, I'm with you. Ton of respect for the guy and what he's done.

I keep my dislike for the Bama fanbase separate from Saban.

Is your QB rating just for SEC games? Because in all games Young passed him in Passing Efficiency yesterday, they only updated the numbers on the NCAA site a little while ago.

Bennett currently leads the SEC in efficiency with an astounding 184.56 quarterback rating, eclipsing numbers from more notable stars like Bryce Young and Matt Corral.

It was from 2 days ago, maybe the games yesterday changed those stats. Either that, or they only refer to conference play. I'll have to dig deeper to confirm where they're getting those numbers from.
