Millions of "diehard Gator fans" who bought jerseys, hats and learned the chomp in the last 3 years will finally have their loyalty tested. We'll see how many jump off the bandwagon...

Yea did you see the USC crowd today? They have a good season (statistically), but not great, and there are plenty of ship jumpers already. There was a huge section of seats empty in the coliseum today. I guess they were at the beach smokin' a doob?

Edit: USC and Florida both lost the same day. How long has it been since that happened?
Edit2: They did lose the same week last year.

Their fan base has always been a joke. Always disappear with the mediocrity of their team.

Well, Bama is a possibility because their offense will carry them early on, but other teams to consider IMO...

1. LSU
2. Miami
3. Oklahoma
4. Oregon
5. TCU

Those teams along with Bama have a lot of returning talent. Those other teams return key players on both sides of the ball. I actually looked at the Top 25 after your post, and yeah next year seems to have a lot of question marks with the top teams. Bama could make it because of their leadership on offense.

Cool list... add SC to that too. But, yeah, alot of question marks all over college football. Hard to know where the leaders are.

So, I'm assuming you've never laughed at scUM?

For what? Crying? Not that I recall, actually. I've laughed at them for sucking. I've laughed at them for falling short of their hype. I don't think I've ever laughed at them for wanting to win.

The students are always there, and there would be more if possible. But it's the alumni who aren't willing to drive to downtown LA unless it's a big event. Sad but true.

There are a ton of die-hard fans that just can't afford tickets. I should know, I'm one of them. I go to games whenever I can get some off of the season-ticket holders that don't want to go each week though :!
