After a brief time of the annoying system style popups not appearing, they've started again. I've only gotten FarmVille once or twice, the majority are now for a Kardashian app. When I have gotten the FarmVille popup, there's usually a FarmVille banner at the top of the page. Included is a screenshot of the Kardashian nonsense.

I've not been home for a couple days but believe (hope) they'll let me go tomorrow. I'll take a look at that when I return.

I really don't mind the banners and pop ups. I know that they are allowing us to play here at BP. However the Honda ad has an annoying problem. I'm on a Mac using Firefox. When the Honda banner or squares come up I have to be careful to avoid running my cursor over them or even too close to them. Once I do, they set off a pop up ad for local Honda dealers that locks my screen and I have to leave BP and reenter to free the screen. Here's the pop up in question: Wouldn't you know it; once I write this out I can't locate the Honda ads. I'll send it as soon as it happens again - more than twice a day for the better part of 2 weeks.

Hey, Cinci. I've been watching for this ad since you mentioned it, but haven't come across it yet. Is it a general Honda ad? Or is it regional or specific to a dealership local to you?

It starts out as a Honda general banner, then if you get too close to it it goes to a full screen blue ad listing local honda dealers in greater Cincinnati. I'll keep looking and try and get a screen snap for you.

Just got a full window pop up directed to this site:
http://www.reimageplus.com/lp/slm/i...19841&clickid=20AbdC14p867o8CC3b93N71xoUjL000.

Which is one of those malware "let us update your Windows to 8.1" sites.

It pops up when i go into the Blue Apron thread.

Here are the ads on that page:

Do you use Firefox, by chance? If you do, I could really use the Firebug output to the ad causing the issue (of the four it's not likely to be AT&T or Amazon, the other two are sketchy.)

I'm going to power load the ads themselves hoping to get the same one so I can get the info myself, but if it's geo-targeted or hooked on a cookie you have but I don't then I may not get it.

-edit-
100 loads at all four positions for one of the Blue Apron pages hasn't produced it yet. Going to stick it on a 1 minute timer overnight and see if I can produce it that way.

IF you have Firebug and are able to reproduce the pop, PM me and I'll send you my email address so you can attach the code. Once I have the code, I can have it nuked -- which is the case with any of these issues, and why I've had such a hell of a time with the damn Honda ad which has plagued @cincibuck .

Thanks. I know Chrome has something built in that does the same thing as Firebug, but I don't know enough about it to properly instruct as to its use.

As long as I can find the ad myself, I can capture the code which shows the provider paths from which it comes. That lets USAT nuke it in their system.

Don't normally use Firefox but I'll load up firebug and try to help tomorrow while I'm at work
