Impressive 1 score wins over Vandy, 3-5 Auburn & 4-4 Boston College (BUT BUT THEY WERE RANKED AT THE TIME!)
The sad thing is Mizzou could still realistically finish 10-2 because the rest of their schedule is that meh.

I don't know about these projections that still have us at something like 90%. We need to run the table to get to Indy, and without that extra data point, it's going to be hard to break into a very crowded field that might include 2 G5s.
Ahead of us would probably be:
3 B1G
4 SEC
2 ACC
1 B12
and 1 or 2 G5 and/or ND
With an 18 team, no-divisions league, even one loss in conference, and a team is going to be relying on tiebreakers to get to Indy.
