2024 College Football Polls

This weeks SEC SEC SEC! poll shenanigans

Missouri hangs clings into the top 25 still at #25, even though their 2 losses are by a combined 65 points and they have no wins that anywhere near make up for that

Vandy fell 1 SPOT to the first in "receiving votes" after falling to 5-3 (one of those losses being to 2-5 Georgia State) Meaning they will be right back in the top 25 if they beat 3-5 Auburn on Saturday
Pathetic schedule

I don't know about these projections that still have us at something like 90%. We need to run the table to get to Indy, and without that extra data point, it's going to be hard to break into a very crowded field that might include 2 G5s.

Ahead of us would probably be:
3 B1G
4 SEC
2 ACC
1 B12
and 1 or 2 G5 and/or ND

With an 18 team, no-divisions league, even one loss in conference, and a team is going to be relying on tiebreakers to get to Indy.

And ND's schedule is front loaded unless USC suddenly turns good.
