@Captain Buckeye I'm curious as to how eliminating a figurehead coach for 4 hours out of the week makes a shitsworth of a difference.
He makes it all go. We all saw what happened in their non conference without Jim but with Stalions.

Now they have neither.

The head coach does more than you think. They organize everything, they make the decisions, and they’re the voice before during and after the game.

It’s more than you all think. Have college ball experience and I’m telling you this is a hit

Not much teeth without suspending the coordinators and whoever else has compiled all this bullshit. Jimmy is just the dumbass cheater in chief who approved the operation. The goons still have the info and can execute at will while the team and fans treat him like a fucking martyr and rally around dear leader.

The cheating fucks will continue to benefit from what they've done and it will continue to compromise the rest of the season, full stop. My only hope is that teams have time to change a few things up enough to start fucking with them the longer the season goes on. But I'm not optimistic. They're a good enough team on their own, and having to beat them at their place while wasting time on new signs or limiting how plays are called is complete horseshit.

AA better be a smoldering crater after the NCAA is done with them.

If--IF--the NCAA wrecks them, and maybe even the B1G adds additional penalties down the road. At some point, the powers that be up there are going to have to acknowledge that Ono's grandstanding, stonewalling, victim routine and appalling lack of leadership made things much worse.
But then if they don’t, it’s going to make Paternos cult status in Happy Valley seem normal by comparison. They will get to Heavens Gate level with their maize and blue jogging suits

If he wasn't allowed to coach during the week, I'd agree with you. But he is and that allows him to still do a lot. It'd have been much more impactful for the coordinators to get the immediate suspensions even if they could still coach during the week.

From the twitter link Jake posted.

I highlighted the two biggest ones that absolutely destroy any narrative that scum and/or Stallions himself can put out - that this was all on him and him alone.

I didn't expect much from the B1G, I really didn't. But you have a "large and detailed chart of names", I'm more than sure a couple of them can be connected back to the University in some fashion.... and THIS is the best you could come up with?

It literally was a fucking spy network, this shows that phrase wasn't even hyperbole. You watched these clowns slap conference members around, then they felt so emboldened and untouchable that they threaten the commish with legal action and grandstand you at every turn. THIS. This RIGHT HERE, was the fucking best response? You couldn't find your nuts and go "Deal with it, we'll see you in court".

For fucks sake.

Their only push back is to say they are innocent - and they can only say that if they have done their own investigation. All indications are that they have not.

What surprises me is that they went to 3 games. If I understand correctly that means that they went through that more intensive process (jsec or whatever it is called) involving all 14 schools.

Despite whatever Klatt and Desmond and all the others will be shouting they got their due process.

Two choices. Either they turn on that smirking little cunt in which case we watch him flame out in glorious fashion. Or, they keep him and endure the slow burn of realizing that he's nothing more than a shameless self-promoter who Peter Principled his ass into a job that's way over his head. He can't distract them with promises of shiny things; they already have all the shiny things. Either way...WINNING!

Michigan compromised a fundamental element of sportsmanship.

When the NCAA finally acts this will come with all the trimmings. For now it labels them Cheaters with a capital C.
Does the punishment fit the crimes?

That’s the play here.

They gave them a slap right now for embarrassing the conference and then they sent them to their room to be punished by their father when he gets home from work (NCAA).

This is enormous and it’s appropriate
