Desmond was tripped, the Fab Five banners should still be up, and Pryor shoulda gone to Michigan. Better?

Yes, Desmond was tripped. But as an Ohio State fan, I'm glad it wasn't called.
The Fab Five banners should be up. If I understand the rules right, and what they did in the 90's, they didn't break today's rules. If I were *ichigan, I'd put the banners back up. And if I were Ohio State, I'd put 2010 back in the books. Ohio State didn't break today's rules.
As for Pryor to *ichigan... "Meh". That's interesting. Would *ichigan have gotten Shoelace? Maybe not. We wouldn't be able to laugh at his "I'm eating cereal" gesture. Hoke may not have been clapping on the sidelines for *ichigan. Urban still would have come to Ohio State, I think. Maybe no Harbaugh to *ichigan, though, as Rodriguez may have been

tOSU ended up with a one year postseason ban for a similar violation.

I'll donate an extra $100 to BP in 2023 if *ichigan gets a ban at all for this. I doubt they'll get any ban for this.

Apparently while I was trying to watch the soap opera ofhow the Harbaugh Turns Blake Corum announced he's coming back.

Not a great decision there. His stock would never be higher they ran him into the fucking ground and his coach is shaking his junk at the NFL again.

yep. I guess the difference between “True Michigan man!” And Stupid Man are the same. He already suffered a major injury this year and there’s probably not much he can do to raise his stock much. Bizzare.

Yep. NIL can make a difference for some guys. See 5th round or below athletically limited little upside players. Those usually stick around the full time anyways cause they know their pro prospects are limited. But at least they make life changing money enjoying college that way.

Also can make a difference for high upside players who are low picks but go anyways before they are ready cause money.

He is neither. This feels like an emotional decision rather than a thought out one.

So they lost their best two TE's, and their receivers are suspect. Also, there will be losses on the OL, and the new transfer may or may not work out.

He will be again overused in that offense. Even if he is getting good NIL, he isn't getting any younger and his window will get smaller with time.

Stupid decision. Simple Jim is going to break him down before he ever gets to the NFL. Just a really stupid decision.

What's another 300 carriers for a RB with a surgically repaired knee?

He'll be fine.
Honestly, TTUN probably will be pretty good next year. The issue I see is they are losing just enough to make it difficult to tell, even with their transfer dudes coming in.

It will probably be difficult to beat them in AA next season with a new QB, but it's way to early to tell.

I think he is banking on their team replicating the success they had this past season. We all know from past experience, that every year is different, and if one little piece changes, or just because, it throws everything off. It's definitely not a sure thing.

Take bammy for example, or the 2015 Buckeyes. It seemed like a sure thing for success.

Oh yea 100% a emotional decision.

Most places i've seen have him anywhere between the 3rd and 6th RB on the board. I don't think there's much he can do to improve on that, really he can only hurt himself. Especially a guy who's already been ran into the ground and already suffered a major injury. 1 year of NIL money isn't worth the risk of getting hurt again and slipping to undrafted all together.

Maybe if he was like a DB or WR but RBs already have a very short shelf life as it is, gotta get the NFL perks while you can at that position.

I respect his decision. The NFL isn't going anywhere and if he loves college stay there. Age comes at you in a freaking hurry so enjoy every minute you can of being young. A lot of the fun of the game changes when it becomes a job. Makes it tougher on us for sure
