Desmond was tripped, the Fab Five banners should still be up, and Pryor shoulda gone to Michigan. Better?

I dunno; I joined because you guys have long threads about the same sh*t I want to talk about and because I was watching folks getting neg-bombed on MGoBlog for reporting Harbaugh to the NFL rumors I knew had some truth to them. I can't even find pinned recruiting threads on MGoBlog. They might be there, but I can't find them. I'm an angsty fan and of the age where the Michigan that I remember, is the 90's. By the time I realized we weren't Alabama, and we were getting further away from the elite tier, I'd already invested emotionally and it was too late to change this.

But like, I was all excited about Rich Rod's spread and as recently as Gattis mumbling "speed in space" over and over, I drank some kool aid. I'm just not prepared to pretend what I see on my TV isn't real. And lately, especially the last five years it seems, that's more or less been a requirement to hang out in Michigan spaces online. I'm definitely not a Buckeyes fan; I hate your team (but not like, 20 year old kids man) because they beat us a lot. But you know, when in Rome; don't be an asshole?
Well, for starters, a program would need to have some kind of coherent recruiting strategy. Or even recruits.

Have you checked MGoBlow's international division? Maybe Germany or France? Maybe that's where the threads are? Just trying to help.

Or maybe they're not called recruiting threads. Maybe they're categorized as sleeping bags?

Honest to god? I thought we'd hired a steroid guy and that was why everyone was going so nuts over him. I'm definitely not gonna pretend I cared either, although knowing what I know now about how PEDs can f*ck guys up, I'd care more today; but watching our lines get pushed around for the next few seasons disabused me of the notion that there was a Barwis effect lol.
Really? That there's definitely an @ORD_Buckeye word.

Beyond a doubt.

You just blew your cover bro.

If it is one; it's not me. Besides, why would I make a drop a tsun troll into play only to make him sound reasonable.

So apparently the Panthers talked to him because he basically begged for an interview. All these stories about the Broncos and Panthers and whichever NFL team....and the shit from Bacon.......it's all driven by his PR team because he's grumpy that he got caught lying about burgers for players who probably suck.

How have we lost to this fucking imbecile twice?

And if true, it was a direct violation of his contract and should trigger a firing with cause. Of course, we know that tsun won't do that. If they do fire him, it'll be some serious holier-than-thou, LOOK AT US pr move over burgergate.

What I'm interested in is how juggalono will handle this. At UC, he absolutely tried to tie the athletic department to his own personal brand and use the former to promote the latter. He truly was a poor man's Gordon Gee in that sense. I'll be interested in how he responds.

I love how DFBIA seems to think that every sports reporter in the country is OUT TO GET scUM. Any reports of Harbaugh and the NFL are swiftly shot down by them as “clickbait to damage the Michigan football program. Even though they seemingly always seem to be true that he was pursuing a job.

It's approaching desperate significant other who knows their partner is cheating on them... It wasn't that they wanted to cheat it was the evil sister or some succubus wench that enticed them etc etc

It’s clear that Harbaugh sees himself as bigger than the program

So here's my problem as a fan; what if he's right?

I mean just being real here; with the sheer amount of money being spent in the Big 10 East, it's not easy to win here. It's not like every coach out there is going to walk right in and rack up victories in the rivalry games that define our conference. I know what 2 and 17 versus OSU over 20 years feels like. I get why you fellas don't care, and I don't blame you. But I'm still left with "I'd love to fire the guy for being a selfish prick but our top candidates list right now is Sherrone Moore, Mike Hart, and maybe Matt Campbell."

This doesn't end well; no matter what happens from here.
