Loss to OSU? Check
Fans griping about the predictable boring ass offense? Check
Embarrassing Bowl loss in which said offense and overall lack of athleticism are exposed? Check

It is called a stop watch dumbass....looks like the jump ball is well and alive in Ann Arbor....
I also guess that is why the NFL never times players in the 40 yard dash...:!

"Speed is overrated," Hecklinski said in February of the Wolverines' recruiting strategy. "Obviously, it's something we have to have. But speed is overrated. How can you truly judge the speed of a high school kid on the perimeter when maybe he touches the ball three times a game?

Michigan has played Ohio State once every season since 1900.

Uh, no they haven't. They didn't play each other from 1913 through 1917. Nice fact-checking, Meinke...

Marvin Robinson leaves Michigan

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Reserve safety Marvin Robinson has left the Michigan Wolverines, a team spokesman confirmed to WolverineNation on Monday morning.

Robinson's departure leaves just 10 players at Michigan from the 26-member recruiting class in 2010. The 6-foot-2 Winter Haven, Fla., native was the 21st-ranked outside linebacker in his class.

Cont'd ...

FWIW, OSU's small 19-person 2010 haul netted Hyde, Smith, Norwell, Hankins, Roby, Bryant, Philly Brown, and Basil. Michigan's 27-man class will have produced Black, Dileo, and Gardner. Rich Rod's final parting gift ...

he must have done something right since most of michigan's offense last year was still "denard save us".

I'll always be thankful for getting to watch Denard, but I'm not going to pretend he was the greatest QB ever or anything. He lost UM several games, for sure. But like matcar said, what we are seeing is simply better recruits coming in and pushing guys out of the way and taking playing time and spots in the depth chart.

I'm more excited about what Mattison can do with the defense. Like seeing osu shut down mighty Oregon in the Rose Bowl a few years ago, defense wins big games.
