But maybe now though, more credit for beating Ann Arbor (is a whore)? In a perfect world, scUM would have beat Wisconsin after we do, as to garner a top 10 win and such. But since it is as it is, and I promise I've never said this before, but... run with it DickRod! Forrest Gump style! I don't care what it takes, but dadgummit, when we beat those Vulvarines, we just might get some credit if they've actually won some big games.

I'd prefer the credit we'd get of beating an unbeaten Wisky team in Wisconsin over the credit we'd get after beating this scUM team. :(

As far as the QB, you're not convinced that Threet can run the system after his 58-yard burst yesterday? He's proven himself to be a decent runner and not just on that play. He's obviously not Pat White (as Nessler/Griese/Announcer Diabeetus pointed out about 40 times yesterday) but I'll tell ya: if Anthony Casillas had not chased him down on that run, Shane Carter was not catching him. Classic RR play.

Threet isn't scaring anyone on read-option plays. It looked like Drek Anderson on a naked bootleg.....it was great the lane busted open for him, but I don't think you're going to want to depend on Threets legs to win games.

Michigan is still likely to finish just above .500 in my mind. It was a great come from behind win, but I just don't think they have the horses to beat teams like Michigan State, Penn State, Illinois.

Personally, I don't give a damn. They laid an egg, and I would imagine they're more deflated than pissed. To me, Donovan was 200 times the quarterback that Everidge is. Tyler had heart and played like it every down. We still beat them with Tyler. P.J. Hill and his egg-shaped bottom half isn't going to beat us. I know that Wiscy has talent and that they play better at home. But TP, IMO, is spreading his fire and confidence to this team one game at a time. I believe that we have a fire in our belly to erupt in Camp Randall, and the Badgers won't be able to do a damn thing about it.

Michigan got a commit for the 2010 class from FL WR Ricardo Miller. Miller's supposed to be the elite sort, like, best-prospect-in-the-state-of-Florida elite. Obviously it's a little early to make that call but he already had offers from the likes of UF and Tenn and such.

What with Bryce McNeal, and the pursuit of Rueben Randle, and now Miller for 2010, it seems clear RR doesn't intend to run the same offense here as in WV. He never signed anything resembling an elite WR at WVU - Reynaud and Henry are the only ones that come to mind and they were two and three-star types.

He sure wishes to run Threet quite a bit until he gets his guys though. So much for the 'passing spread' everyone talked about. It will be interesting to hear the fan reaction if he keeps trying that in Columbus this november.

Brandon Barrett, 4-star WR, Army AA. But overall, obviously he's working with different parts here.

He has Daryl Stonum but he is barely used or even targeted. I'd put Stonum above McNeal (his next best offers were Clemson & Nebraska).

LOL nice to see you get excited about a player who isn't going to hit the field until the '10-'11 season when you guys are having so much trouble winning games right now.
