Thanks for adding the name. A JUCO or DIV-II transfer should be better than a freshman walk on. It's a basketball solution to bring in a verteran point guard to help run an offense. I am just relishing in the fact that tSUN is so low that this option makes sense. Besides, I just love saying Appalachian State and Michigan in the same sentance. It makes me smile
Wouldn't suprise me. I'd think Threet would be the best choice, I've read he ran a version of the spread in HS and he was a fairly well regarded recruit when he signed with GT, but this would lead one to believe that no one has been really stepping up. I've also read that Sheridan (the former walk-on) has looked the best. The only option they have that would seem to be a good fit for DickRod's version of the spread would be incoming frosh Justin Feagin who was a 2* that scout said projects as a safety in college.Michigan considers 2-QB system

There's no clear-cut leader in the Michigan quarterback race as spring practice nears its end. There may not have to be a single winner, though. Coach Rich Rodriguez didn't dismiss the possibility of playing two quarterbacks next season, as long as both provide an equal chance at victory. "If you have two quarterbacks that are good enough to win with, then you play them both," Rodriguez said following Thursday's practice. "If I have one that's good enough to win with, I'll only play one."

Should be interesting to watch if nothing else.

This is the fourth in a series of short reports examining some of college football's spring story lines. Today: Ohio State vs. Michigan, a rivalry, or what's left of one.
Buckeyes Coach Tressel has dominated the Wolverines.
