I'm not sure what's considered a bigger sin on this board; murder or not using the search engine. Considering I've seen people mocking deaths in the open discussion forum, I'll go with the latter. :tongue2:

Truthfully, I wasn't jabbing him for not searching. Even with the search engine it probably would have taken awhile to find that post...

But how else was I supposed to take credit for posting it first??? :tongue2:

Well, a lot of those weeks with Ohio State at #1 in the AP came from seasons like 1969, 1998, and 2006. Our national championship in '02 would have contributed exactly one week to the total, if I'm not mistaken.

And we'll take that any time!:osu:

Three teams currently above us are guaranted to lse a game this year because they play someone else currently above us: USC at Cal, Florida at LSU, and Texas vs. Oklahoma. If we keep winning we're guaranteed to crack the top 5.

As for Michigan getting votes, I was telling my neighbors that very thing last night...that Michigan would be ranked within the next few weeks if they keep winning despite being beaten by a I-AA at home and getting killed by Oregon at home. Why? Because they're fucking Michigan...

I know they were previously a top-10 team, but State Penn is not a top-25 team. M*ch*g*n getting votes is a joke too. If they get to 5-2 or 6-2, then they should maybe crack the top-25, before that, please.

I would bet they got heir votes from the ESPN talking heads who want to prove they know what they are talking about.

Michigan eeked out a 5-point win at home against a very over-rated Penn State team. Keep in mind their first TD was a gift...PSU turned the ball over on their own 14. Stop/slow down Mike Hart and Michigan can't do shit...

Not to mention they still aren't getting pressure on the QB defensively and their secondary is awful. If Morelli wasn't such a pathetic excuse for a QB and they didn't have fumbleitis, they would have crushed scUM.

That stopping/slowing thing is the hard part. I can't remember the last time he got less than 100 unless it was 2 years ago against us. THe number 89 popped into my head.
Last year 3 teams held him to less than 100. Wiscy, NW and Ind (91,95,92). not too shabby.
