Been saying it all season, the only team that beats us is Ohio State, and we did just that with our turtling and inability to make playsWell, were not who I thought we were. Still good enough to win the thing with some breaks but this ain't an all timer.
Still everything to play for. Moving on from this one. Make it happen boys.
Yup - What would Woody say? Once he calmed down of course.IU got their second half turnovers
Missed FG, TO on downs and they kept up the harassment of Sayin.
I didn’t think they could do it with just the pressure but the turnovers did the trick.
They played well. Hats off.
I'm wondering if we're saving plays for playoffs (like QB runs).
They whipped OSUs ass tonight. No trick plays, no going for it every 4th, just solid big boy footballHave to give Kudos to Indiana.
Well-deserved victory.
Tip my cap to them.
I MEANT ON THAT PLAY!!!!!!THEY HAVE HELD INDIANA TO 13 FUCKING POINTS. WHAT THE FUCK ELSE DO YOU EXPECT THEM TO DO?
Gonna say it one more time. I'm not putting the game at all on Fielding. Yes he should have made that kick. But without the stupid play calling we win the game.
We are immature.Lame duck coordinators are generally liabilities, whether it’s their own split attention or the HC muddying the water. Bring in Chip, even just as a ‘quality’ adviser,
Not even mad, extraordinary game by Indiana. I won’t lie, I haven’t been taken them entirely seriously. Won’t be so foolish going forward.
Beating any team twice is plus. If we see Indy in the playoffs, I expect (hope for) a very different experience.
What a great story Indiana is the last couple years.
Defense did pretty good. Held them to 13 points. Offense and play calling let us down.Yes they did.
.
Indy came in scoring 50plud points a game. It was the offensive gameplay that id screwing us
Boring is better for my blood pressure.Anyone else feel guilty about becoming bored with how easily we were winning? Bring me boring wins all day.
Yep. They're going to have to come up with some different plays for the Redzone going forward. Other teams are going to have solid D-lines too and we can't count on getting that precious 1 yard every time.Yep, we had 4 chances inside the 10 to just get 1 damn yard. Twice we had a single man route that failed, and once was a missed field goal. Only one attempt to actually get the 1 yard.
IU got their second half turnoversWelp...you live by the sword and you die by the sword.
In this case, it's the efficiency sword.
A very bland and predictable offense until the 2nd half is fine, IF you are executing at your usual efficient ways. Instead, they weren't, and the offense "got cute" and has looked kinda weird in the red zone all night long.
3rd downs tell the tale.
So does the time of possession.
Van Sickle should start from here on out.
Coaches say you win or you learn. In this case I think it's you win or you grow up. This team needs to grow up. Fast. Indiana beat them as much as they beat themselves. Hat tip. They were a bit more mature at the QB position and I think it showed.
Hell hath frozen over. Indiana is going to win this game. But that's ok - get back to Columbus and figure it out and move forward. They got a good team, they are still the most talented team in the country, tonight be damned.
Learn, grow and move forward.
