2026 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments, Arrogant Twatwaffles, Emasculated Cucks, Feckless Marmots, Dirty Cheaters "Mid"chigan

Login to view embedded media Its almost like Whittingham and Beck had no clue what kind of offensive talent they had when they took their positions. Neither RB fits what they've had success with in the past. And the WRs they paid a bunch for(Marsh and Ffrench) don't fit the scheme where they need to be solid blockers, and the threat of the run(there is none) is supposed to spring them free for deep passes. With the run not being able to succeed, the passing game becomes almost non existent. Its going to be a long season dealing with this offense, since Beck also needs to treat Underwood with kid gloves as well. He can't trust him to read defenses, and make his own reads, so every RPO has already been chosen when the play is called, that's missing the most important part of the RPO, the Option. It almost reminds me of the spread offense RichRod tried to implement, and could never get his players because he had too many remnants of Carr's teams. Ad that's where Whittingham is now, trying to fit a round peg in a square hole

2026 tOSU Defense Discussion

Me watching this: “good pressure!”

Dunno about the rest of the lingo.

The front (and the stunt/pick) forces a 4 man OL slide to the offenses right.

The HB gets tagged with the WILL if he stays in for pass pro. One the pick is set, the pressure attacks the HB by getting 2 blitzers to his side, getting a free hitter loose (the safety)

Basically manipulating protections to achieve a desired result.

Coach Pat has been more aggresive on designed pressures this year with his safeties IMHO

Ohio State Men's Basketball (2026-27 Official Thread)

I don't want to overreact to an outdoor exhibition loss in October, but that being said, you don't want to have your bigs getting 4 and 5 fouls in 16 and 17 minutes. You can't have that in games that matter. Perhaps the refs in the exhibition were just whistle-happy. Anthony Thompson needs to be much more of a scorer for this team - if he's only going to get 2 points per game this season, the Buckeyes are in a lot more trouble than I thought. I will also say it's very concerning if Ivan is the best big man on this team - he is not a starting-level post player on a B1G contender.
