I see both sides. Question for the legal crowd…..if a school give in like some say UWash should do here, does that mean that there is precedent set and that no potential NIL contract can ever be enforceable at UWash? If they stick to their gun, then, would it be more and more difficult to bust out of a contract with UWash?yeah, don't recall exactly but I wouldn't want OSU to ever go to the mattresses with a kid over this.
You'll get killed in recruiting (HS or NIL)
This kid ain't Aaron Rodgers. Does he wanna bank on becoming Aaron Rodgers just so he can act like a pouty bitch? Or should he just....in this hypothetical where he's magically forced to play for Washington next year for millionS of dollars......not be a pouty bitch and play?Aaron Rodger has been a pouty bitch his entire life, his NFL career will take him to the HOF. If you’re good enough, teams won’t care
Flag football is one of the most growing sports? So, what happens if no one picks up a player? They’re SOL? They can go somewhere with no deal as a walk on? PWould they come back to tOSU asking for less?
