Silly rule that we don't know if a violation of the silly rule even happened. This is literally somebody looking at a picture and wondering out loud to the internet. Probably intentionally on the day of the COI hearing, since it's labeled as an OHIO STATE RECRUITING TARGET HEY OHIO STATE FANS COME IN HERE AND GIVE ME YOUR CLICKS
