McDermott probably had to go, just to do something different, but it’s insanity to promote the GM. Him and Ballard in Indy (9+ years with no success) are cockroaches.

Owner isn't getting fired so any GM that isn't winning better hope the next HC is a good one.

Just sayin': Yeah, besides Bo and Ja'Kobi in the offensive backfield; we got the Smith Brothers in the interior of the defensive line; Will Jr and James.
