ESPN (A bunch of Death-Spiraling maroons)

They went to Eugene to see Indiana/Oregon. They actually split fairly evenly between SEC and B1G.
So one game Indiana played more than a thousand miles from home. Georgia and Alabama both hosted Gameday on campus this season. So they're depriving Indiana fans of being on Gameday the one time they're in a big game close to home all season. Doesn't seem too fair to those fans to me.

I do believe there is an element of them wanting to have a variety of locations. I also thought one Gameday trend was for them to give a program like Indiana that has rarely has had much exposure a chance on the big stage when they earned it. Not so fast, my friend.

DE C.J. Hicks (National Champion, transfer to USF)

Such an added boost. I was really bummed out when it became obvious his role wasn’t going to be anything big. So when he was going to red shirt my first thought was “just get to the playoffs”.

Enormous that he’s back and also that we can add him to next years line up. As a fifth year senior that’s going to be different if we can also be fortunate enough to have KJ back too.
It’s funny that in many ways, CJ Hicks may be the key that allows Kenyatta Jackson to become the pass rusher Caden Curry is this year.

Kenyatta has been asked to mush rush and keep an eye on containing edge because he has the speed to cut off edge for QB.

It’s very possible Kenyatta slides to Caden’s spot, and CJ becomes the contain guy….JMO.
