SF Brandon Noel (Official Thread)

Based on his stats from last season and his performance in the exhibition, Brandon Noel is the new addition that I'm most looking forward to watching this season. I think this young man could be the real deal. Everyone is sleeping on him in the preseason hype lists, but I have high hopes that he will average well over 10 ppg & be a leader on this team.

2025 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments, Arrogant Twatwaffles, Emasculated Cucks, Feckless Marmots, Dirty Cheaters

Barham (sp) their best defensive player was injured against Purdue and did not return to the game.

Barham has 3 sacks and 7 TFL for the season.

All 3 sacks came against Central Michigan and Nebraska (who's OL is awful)

4/7 tackles for loss were against CMU and Corn

That's their best defensive player this year......

Derrick Moore has 8.5 sacks but that's all feasting off the bad OOC teams and mediocre-bad B1G competition. USC and OU games 4 tackles and zero sacks between the 2

MLB General Discussion (Official Thread)

Elly de la Cruz is scouting. Roki Sasaki is not. Furthermore, you and I could setup a scouting facility in the South Sudan. Waste of time.
Looks like the Dodgers got a good deal for Sasaki with a $760,000 salary and they only had to trade an average-at-best utility player to the Reds and someone else to Phillies. Sasaki's signing bonus of $6.5M inspired me to look up Reds signing bonuses. Reds FA signing bonuses don't seem to be public or maybe they didn't give bonuses to Martinez and Trevino, don't know. The Reds did sign a 2025 draftee with a $5.5M bonus. But Blake Snell's $52M signing bonus dwarfs even the Reds' highest salary of $21M (Nick Martinez).

Here is a breakdown of the Dodgers mind-blowing payroll.

"Deferred money played a prominent role in the recent signings of top free agents such as Blake Snell ($182-million contract, $60 million deferred), Tanner Scott ($72-million contract, $21 million deferred), Freddie Freeman ($162-million contract, $57 million deferred), and Teoscar Hernández (who has deferred $31.5 million of the $89.5 million guaranteed in his two Dodgers contracts).
It also was featured in extensions for Mookie Betts ($365-million contract, $115 million deferred), Will Smith ($140-million contract, $50 million deferred) and Tommy Edman ($74-million contract, $25 million deferred)."

Shohei Ohtani’s $700-million contract ($680 million deferred)

As a result, the Dodgers have now accrued $1.039 billion of deferred salary over the last five years. For comparison, only the New York Mets and Boston Red Sox top even $50 million in current deferrals, according to Spotrac.
Yoshinobu Yamamoto $325-million signing, $50 million signing bonus
Tyler Glasnow $136.5-million extension, $10 million bonus
Max Muncy $24M salary over 2 years

My point here is F- the Dodgers

Is This The Best OSU Team Ever?

In my living memory it's between 1998 and 2019 teams.

Jury is still out on this one for reasons listed but there is no doubt it could have some of the best talent we've ever seen at OSU in Smith, Downs, Sayin and Reece getting himself into those kind of conversations.
My post - see above is about these two very teams.

Don’t have an off day. Don’t turn the ball over.

Do that and then yes this will be the best.

Cincinnati Bengals (Same Ole Bengals)

Absolutely criminal. The offense puts up 80 points over two games and the defense gives up 86. Fucking pathetic.

Not sure what the fuck Battle was trying to do there other than politely bump the fuckface TE? They probably make the FG but at least try to tackle.
