"The Brewers Win The Pennant! Oh My God The Brewers Win The Pennant!" - No Better Way To Send The Brewers To The World Series Than Honoring The Late Great Bob Uecker

Brewers radio announcer Jeff Levering offered an incredible tribute to Bob last night when Jackson Chourio caught the final out of the series, sending Milwaukee back to the World Series for the first time since 1982.

Sadly he passed away in January of last year and didn't get to witness this run, but if there's any sort of afterlife to be you had you can guarantee he hasn't missed a game. Would have been awesome to see him celebrate with the fellas last night like he did in the past.

With that wind we probably should expect homers

Normally that would be the case but the wind is directly coming from the North off the lake ( that direction would left field to home plate) .

Most likely any push the ball back to home plate to in hitting it to left field or push ball hit to right field towards home plate and foul ground on the first base side .

Someone going to have to cut through that to get it out.

Ohio State Men's Basketball (2026-27 Official Thread)

Login to view embedded media Ohio State was picked to finish eighth in the Big Ten in this year’s poll, which, like Penn State, is a repeat of their projection in last year’s poll. With Bruce Thornton off to the NBA, this season will be a true test of head coach Jake Diebler’s ability to navigate the season without having one of the nation’s premier players orchestrating the offense. Returners John Mobley Jr. and Amare Bynum will pair up with five-star freshman and
McDonald’s All-American Anthony Thompson to create a core that should be more than good enough to get the Buckeyes back into the big dance.

Login to view embedded media Not that everyone cares, but Illinois is also the betting favorite to win the Big Ten (on DraftKings) at +144. There’s a decent gap, and then Michigan State is second at +465, followed by Nebraska at +730. If you were wondering, Ohio State has the sixth-highest odds at +1300.
