His wife, Jasmine Rittmeyer, has filed a corroborating affidavit.
She swears that Ryan disclosed childhood abuse by a relative years earlier but never mentioned Sandusky — and that when she asked him directly, after the 2011 arrest, whether Sandusky had done anything inappropriate, he answered: "No, never. He's the most wonderful person I've ever met." :lol:

Jerry Sandusky, former assistant football coach at Penn State University was convicted on June 22 2012. Sandusky was convicted of 45 counts involving 40 victims over the course of 15 years of Sandusky’s association with Penn State.

Just sayin': OK, maybe somebody at Penn State bought off one of the victims (i.e. #10, Rittmeyer); how are they going to overlook the other 39 victims?

I wouldn't want to spend a week there, but I definitely thought it was worth a couple days to explore. Interesting birds and mammals, weird cactus and plants, and I thought the stark contrast between the two adjacent deserts was pretty cool.

I agree, whenever I try to watch Forest Gump it just annoys me, especially knowing what a stupid whore that Jenny is :lol: If I've ever heard a Sinead O'Connor song it was unintentional and I agree with you about Margaritaville. Add Cheese Burger in Paradise to that list.

Forest Gump was a terrible movie that hasn’t held up at all

I have nothing against Sinead O’Connor, but “Nothing Compares 2 U” was a gawd-awful whiny mess of a song that has change the channel heat with me

I love Jimmy Buffets music and his vibe, but if I never hear “Margaritaville” again I won’t be disappointed. Not a bad song, just overplayed ad infinitum

HS Swim Team - any experience?

first summer swim meet was last night, holy shit i wish someone would have warned me what i was in for - 5 age groups for girls and 5 for boys, about 387, 690 kids running around. thankfully the boy only swam 2 events, and drove himself there, so when he was done, we bolted. the events for his age group were really competitive, so that was nice, but just so many damn people

Kid is a class act, and I hope he stays in the class, but I understand if he doesn't. Day has seen how NCs are won, and a mobile/semi mobile QB is needed to keep the defense honest since DL are getting so much faster and bigger. Howard's legs were a big reason for the NC, and McCords legs were a big reason OSU wasn't playing for an NC

Why is this important? Because if Sandusky didn't do anything wrong, then Paterno didn't cover anything up. That's really all they're interested in: putting Paterno at the top of the CFB mountain. I mean... never mind that he doesn't really belong there, anyway. But they think he does, so they can have that. But he's been knocked down because of this Sandusky thing 15 years ago. Ha - 15 years ago, already. Let's get people to doubt whether Sandusky did anything wrong, so Paterno can be the greatest.

Jerry deserves a fair trial.

I don’t know if he’s guilty or innocent, but he deserves better justice than was administered by a jeopardized judge influenced by bunch of money grubbing attorneys coaching victims for the sole sake of $$ payouts.

Some of those sleazy, artificially enriched attorneys used to post on the former Tom board.

A fair trial doesn't encompass evidentiary discovery issues, witness tampering/coercion,bribes and an exceedingly expeditious hearing docket. All of which tainted the first trial.

None of it tainted the first trial. People are just desperate to believe he's innocent because they incorrectly believe that would change how Joe is viewed. Sandusky was found guilty on almost every count, this isn't giving him a new trial contrary to what some want to believe. This is absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things, something very common. I'm not sure why anyone believes this proves he's not guilty. We're long past that point. There's always a people that disagree with the verdict that grasp at straws until the very end. Hell there's people that think Mackenzie Shirilla is innocent. Sandusky will die in prison and we should all be thankful for that.
