I haven't done any Tai Chi exercises, but I have ads for days on YT for them.Anybody do Tai Chi? I’ve been looking for something to supplement/change up my workouts. I’ve tried Yoga but it’s frustrating for me.
I’ve been seeing some things on Tai Chi and even searched som YouTube videos on it. Watched part of one and it looks intriguing. Looking to see if anyone has any experience and suggestions.
My routine is gym oriented and I habe intentions on getting back into yoga as my shoulders get a little bit better. Found out I have arthritis in both of them last month. Glad I got an answer for the discomfort, but not much I can do with the answer.
