Fifth rounder???
The Vikings traded their 2024 first round pick for 0 playoff wins and a 2027 fifth round pick?
As a Browns fan, I enjoy seeing other teams get boned by bad draft choices.

Just sayin': The Vikings actually traded away (three picks) to move up 1 spot in the draft; i.e. their 1st round (#11) pick, 4th round (#129) pick, and 5th round (#157) pick to the Jets for their 1st round (#10) pick.

ESPN: And while Giants fans might have loved the idea of adding someone like Joe Flacco to continue the veteran's tour of Northeast football, teams weren't about to trade a useful backup who was one injury away from being their starter to the Giants out of pity..... The market was QB3s, not QB2s, which left one very clear choice for New York: J.J. McCarthy

That’s the ball game right?

Other than turnovers and playing clean discipline wise. It won’t matter how good our offense is if Iowa can go for 200 on the ground.

If it means single coverage and having 9 in the box then so be it. You can’t let Iowa run the ball.

Can’t lose this one knowing what’s left.

Chad Simmons has Ohio State as a major contender for Joey Fleming after his first gameday visit, second visit of the calendar year.
Fleming says the family feel at Ohio State separates them. He specifically noted how Ryan Day and Tyler Bowen made time to meet with him before the game and says that meant a lot to him given that it was an early kickoff.

Joey seems like a kid that would be a great culture fit, wouldn't shock me to see us win out here. Good relationship built with Bowen and getting back for another visit, definitely keep an eye out here.

MLB General Discussion (Official Thread)

I got the Brewers unfortunately but the Dodgers obviously have the best roster. This might change of they decide to pitch Ohtani. That makes their Top 4 rotation ridiculous when Glasow is the number 4. Bullpen isn't the greatest but who cares with the amount of Offense they have.

Still the Brewers play the game the right way and the horseshoe is way up their asses this year. I would say the AL is definitely playing for 2nd place again.

And I know about 2nd places. :bonk::mad2:

That's so fake it's not even funny. Chase protected that logo like he was on scholarship for that duty and that duty alone. Took a little pee spatter in the process! And Ryan Day still hasn't even contacted me with congratulations for Chase's scholarship.

2026 tOSU Defense Discussion

Captain Buckeye

Sort of checks out for how it felt the team played.

Just not sure how you justify certain players playing.

I believe in Sanchez but that was a rough one for him

Edited: I think Sanchez is one you obviously keep playing.

I think they have to get back to more zone. That was a disaster vs Illinois. I think that’s partially what led to some of the bigger runs because when it’s man you can’t rally to the ball as you can when in zone. Just have to find ways to stay gap sound up front and then mix their coverages.
