SEC (It just means more.. even its losses are wins)

I’m totally okay with them seceding. It may be their best chance at success. And take Notre shame with y’all.

I'd be fine with the inbreds going full Jefferson Davis.

If OU & Texas would pull their heads out of their asses we could reform the conferences, along with traditional rivalries, back to their original regional markers.

Give me the Big 10, Big East, PAC & Big 12 as the lord intended and rid the CFB world of the SEC. Life would immediately be better.

WR Parris Campbell Jr. (All B1G, National Champion, Super Bowl Champion, Dallas Cowboys)

Is he even old enough to legally buy beer yet;-)

I say that because wasn’t he incredibly young when he stepped onto the OSU campus?
Yeah I think he was either 16 or just turning 17 when he was a frosh.

Suffered through injuries but was a legend and trailblazer at Ohio State.

Feel like he will end up coaching.
Once he got healthy and hit his stride, he showed off his wheels.

2027 tOSU Recruiting Discussion

  • 5-star RB David Gabriel Georges, the top back on Ohio State's board for 2027, and a must-get for the Buckeyes' class
  • 5-star DL Marcus Fakatou out of California, who could turn an already impressive OSU defensive line class into an incredible one
  • Top-50 WR Benny Easter, Jr., a Texas Tech commit who could give Cortez Hankton his first huge recruiting win in Columbus
  • Braydon Parks, a 4-star defensive tackle out of Chicago, who would bring size and impact to the interior of Larry Johnson's 2027 class
Some big visitors this weekend

QB1 Julian Sayin (All B1G, B1G Frosh of Year, All American, National Frosh of Year, National Champion)

And Howard. You don't have to (and shouldn't) be Johnny Manziel. You just have to pick up first downs when the field is spread and they're there to be gotten.
Exactly. If they are giving you the 1st because they know you ain't gonna run for it, you're at a disadvantage

Should semipro/college players be paid, or allowed to sell their stuff? (NIL and Revenue Sharing)

The SEC, or at least Georgia, is threatening to take their ball and go home. They seem more than willing to break away and play their own game. Smart’s :slappy: comments about the SEC title game being for the national championship (second :slappy:) aside, it’s a giant gamble to return to a regional sport (talk about wanting to go back to the good old days). I don’t think they quite realize that yes, they have their rabid fans of course, but the only reason they make the money they do is as many people tune in rooting against them as do to root for them. They need both to keep the kind of cash flow they seem to take for granted.

Isolationism

It's just as wrong headed in CFB as it is in the real world.

Sounds great when you are all pissy about something but once you understand the real cost.....maybe not the best idea.
