I've had one friend have his account hacked, friends list COMPLETELY deleted, and given back to him.... Because he was team killing on CoD4. :rofl: True story.

I've been hacked twice, once successfully. The first time, they got a card off my account and had a nice little spending spree in London. The card service was made aware of fraud charges and the suspect was tracked down and arrested... Or so they say. :roll1:

Second time, they hacked it, tried stealing a credit card number off there, but now they are all dummie numbers. Jackasses.

Needless to say... USE PREPAY CARDS ONLY!

UPDATE:

ok, so I went onto xbox.com this morning and noticed it no longer says account suspended, and showed my 12 month live was enabled again, but I don't have any pts still....so I called them

Talk to the lady (each person I've talked to have been very nice, just the usefullness have ranged) and she said they couldn't use the e-mail to send out the reactivation because it's the same as my windows id or whatevs (ugh, 2nd time they've told me that, but whatever) so I gave them my parents e-mail which is not associated with xbox in any way so it should work. I still can't log onto my xbox because I guess you gotta reactivate it through the e-mail...If I don't get the e-mail by Wednesday I'm calling again

I'd wait until later this morning, and if they haven't sent the email call. Then once you're talking to someone have them send the email/reactivate your account while on the phone. That way you aren't playing phone tag any longer

The person you talk to can't send the e-mail, it's the investigation team, you're really just talking to a messenger, they can't do anything but relay notes to them

so after my ranting on their forums, one of the support guys replied and said that if I don't get an e-mail or a call by Sunday to PM him my info and stuff and he will look personally into the investigation and see if he can give me a clear answer on what's going on
