I noticed the water or whatever after Libby was shot too, I got the impression it was falling frmo the ceiling, as memory serves it came to the floor well after the shots. It was deliberate enough to notice, but they certainly didn't follow up with what the hell it's supposed to be.

I dont' think Libby is dead either.

Did anyone catch the fake commercial by the Hanso Foundation (i.e. group that funded the Dharma Initiative) last night right before the last segment of the show?

They had a number listed to call for more information: 1-877-HANSORG. I just tried calling it, but the line was busy.

Finally watched it last night. Maybe Libby is dead but Ana Lucia is alive??? If one of them is alive then they will be able to tell the rest of the group that it was Michael that shot them. Either way I think Michael is just trying to get Walt back. The look on his face when he shot Libby was shock... I think if he was brainwashed he wouldn't have had any reaction on his face... just shot her.

and what did Henry mean when he said that he didn't attack Locke because he was coming to get him becuase he was one of the good ones? Was he blowing smoke up his ass or telling the truth. What is this going to do to Locke's mind?

and... where the fuck is Desmond? :)

1) Analucia will definitely be dead at the next episode. You could tell by the preview. I'm almost certain Libby will still be alive.
2) Who knows what "Henry" meant by this? If he was serious, it drives the main question in the whole series--who are the "Others," what are they doing on the island, and why do they take some of the survivors but not others?
3) I have wondered this many times myself. I am fascinated by his character b/c I think he could reveal a lot of the mysteries that the castaways cannot solve for themselves. It's kind of funny that they haven't seen him once since he left. The only logical conclusion is that he's staying with the others.

Well, now Libby is dead.

Kind of a strange episode tonight. I'm not sure if I like where they seemed to be taking Ecko's character or not.

Does anyone else here think that the dreams and visions people keep having on the island might be projected into their heads by the Others or maybe someone/something else? I know one of the named areas of research by Darhma was parapsychology, so I wonder if this might explain what is occurring....at least part of it (personally, I believe there is more than one answer as to what is occurring on the island).
