She'll get in, and she should (provided she graduated with a high class rank) get pre-selected for honors. Only question will be how much merit aid she gets. If, with those stats, they think Ohio State is her safety and she'll bolt to Northwestern or Cornell, they might hold back a bit. It's a strange, dysfunctional dance that goes on at that level.

In any event, congrats on raising an amazing young woman. Hope she ends up at THE.

Thank you. I hope she picks OSU. She also has Yale high on her list. She want to either major or minior in theater.
My oldest only got a 28 on the ACT but she’s a scholarship athlete (Malone University) so I forgive her.

Sorry for knocking the thread off course.

Listened to the interview today on 97.1 while I was out and about. He didn't sound too stressed or frustrated. He seemed more like quietly reassured. Maybe they found something that was correctable or maybe, with the loss, they are able to make the changes necessary since whatever they were doing was blown up spectacularly. WE won't know until next Saturday though.

No, he's just relieved he doesn't have to step out on the field this weekend and witness again what he watched occur this past Saturday night. This isn't a quick fix. The effort and the attitudes may change the next time we see them but the alignment issues, the poor LB play, the poor tackling angles and slow back end of the defense, not being able to pick up a yard on 4th and 1, play-calling in general, DB's not finding the football, ect..... all aren't getting fixed by Nebraska.

I think what you're seeing is the results of Urban missing so much time, not the result of Urban coming back. I don't see how Urban missing all of camp couldn't have an effect, especially in a year where they were trying to essentially run a different offense. I don't think it's coincidence that the year Urban missed camp is by far the least disciplined football he has had here.

Most of the unflattering comments are about Urban Meyer, and how the team's level of play has changed since his return to the sidelines.

And it's 95% bullshit. The defense has had the same problems since game 1. And offense? Has it really gotten worse or have we just actually started playing decent competition? Oregon State and Rutgers are 2 of the absolute worst FBS teams and TCU was vastly overrated.

The only thing I'll agree with is the offensive playcalling hasn't been as quick and smooth as the first 3 games.
