University of Wisconsin football (59-0: Deal With It ... or Quit)

This looks like a really bad hire. Nebraska did ok and got a coach that IMO has some upside. Chryst is just a bad hire. I expect them to win one less game every year until they settle in as a 8-5 team in 3-4 years.
Looking at next year's schedule, 9-3 is a very reasonable record.

If they only get to 7 or fewer wins, I will seriously question the hiring of Chryst as HC. Until then, I'm optimistic.

Also not sure sure Riley has much upside, seeing as how he's 61. What you see is pretty much what you get with him. He's a transitional guy IMO.

Haven't read the past few pages, but this whole Wisconsin coaches leaving problem reminds me of what tOSU went through when Woody was fired. Woody was working for the salary of a tenured professor, and the administration wouldn't pony up enough cash to hire a top tier coach. Same thing with Wisconsin now, except it is the jobs around the coaches and the money for recruiting. As the old saying goes, if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

I feel like Aranda will backfire in the b1g as he gets more of his recruits in the program. The smaller and faster player approach may work well against Northwestern and Indiana. MSU, OSU, and probably scum will still be big inside running teams though, and will eat that up.
