Even the average idiot who knows the slightest thing about football would know the pass sets up the PA.

Not the other way around.

PATHETIC JOB BY THE ENTIRE COACHING STAFF, Fickell should resign on Monday as he has been an ABSOLUTE JOKE since the day he was named defensive coordinator... To give up that many third down conversions at home to a mediocre offense is a travesty...absolutely disgusted by the lack of preparation and mental mistakes tonight....

and I think that's my biggest concern and take away from the first two weeks. We are supposed to have the best coaches around and not many of the newbies look ready to play. So what is it? are they not as talented as the 4-5 star rating? are the coaches not worth what they are being paid? is the atmosphere around the facility too relaxed? I just find it hard to believe that Ohio State....THE Ohio State University has 1 competent o-lineman and 0 competent play callers. Herman lost me in the championship last year when he ignored Hyde. I don't want to get a ban for bashing so I'll leave it at that.

If this was our barometer game to see how good or bad we really were, its going to be a long time to climb back to an elite status rankings wise. Winning the B1G no longer means much of anything after today. And thats not just going by ESPN, but fox, ABC, CNN, any sports publication in the free world. Until a big OOC game is won, perception Is indeed reality. OSU chokes in big games. Time to rally and win out this season, hopefully land some more big time recruits and make sure we pay back Via tech big time next year. We just saw out slim playoff chances fade away

Yes, we are young. I saw a lot of nice plays by VT receivers to keep drives alive.

Our O-line isn't close to where it needs to be. Disappointing for sure, I thought some quick passes could neutralize their rush.

I miss running inside the tackles to establish the pass and play action too, but, gotta have a better effort from the big uglies up front on O.

Not good. God speed to you all tonight, I just got dropped off at home safe & sound to cry myself to sleep.

10-2? Ehhhhhhh...

This is one of those rare (for us) one week at a time seasons. It's a transition year. If we were to get to 8-4 with a decent bowl, I'll be happy. Expectations kick back in in 2015.

I haven't been that wrong about a game in a long time.

I also haven't just turned it off and walked away at halftime in ages.

Brutal.

Time to start asking some hard questions.
