Game Thread tOSU vs. Sparty, B1G Championship Game, Sat 8 ET on FOX

Jeez. Philly knows better than this.

Braxton Miller and Ryan Shazier just did interviews recently on BTN and other media. They had to clean up the mess that the video of them cheering for the Alabama loss stirred.
For sure Philly just painted a target on his jersey and you know they will be coming after him. And I remember in the 95' Michigan game when Terry Glenns famous quote was "Michigan ain't Nothing" We payed dearly for that remark.

Philly Brown with trash talk.... WHY!? Just shut your mouth and play the game!

EAST LANSING — Apparently, Ohio State receiver Corey “Philly” Brown isn’t big on Michigan State’s “No Fly Zone.”

That’s the nickname the MSU defensive backfield gave itself before the season. On Tuesday during MSU’s press conference to preview Saturday’s Big Ten title game between the No. 2 Buckeyes and No. 10 Spartans, Brown tweeted: “No fly what?”

He followed that up with: “We fly whenever we please.”

I have no problem with the comments. Frankly, I think it's pretty arrogant for a defense to call themselves a no fly zone. I like a little bit of swagger out of my receivers just so long as they back it up on game day. Philly had better be prepared to bring on Saturday, because Michigan State will be coming after him. I love it because big games have more dimensions to them, and its been awhile since we've played in one of these kinds of games. Can't wait!

I think their defensive backs should worry less about Philly and more about Hyde running it up their asses.

@MililaniBuckeye

Because any and everything current, former, and future Buckeye fans, players, and coaches do, say, or think is scrutinized.

That's a lot of commas. I hope I did that right. I don't need the comma Nazi rearing his ugly head

Boys and girls, this is going to be one tough game. Last year we won by one point. This year will be much closer. One point in over time 4.

last year we got the ball with a one point lead and five minutes to go.
Sparty had two timeouts, so we needed three first downs to seal the deal.
we ran Hyde for 7, Hyde for 6, Miller for 14, Miller for 6, (Sparty time out) Miller for 0, (Sparty Time out) Hyde for 5, and then took a knee.

they ain't gonna stop our running game.

2 predictions: Heuerman gets 100 yards receiving and DeSoto scores. Those 2 are going to be matchup problems for this Sparty defense.
Agree with this bigtime.

I still don't see the elite WR talent and/or route combinations to get separation from the Sparty CBs. Hyde and Braxton will get there's- Braxton in spurts, Hyde the steady force.

Dontre Wilson and Heuerman set this game apart.
