Game Thread tOSU @ Sparty, Nov 8th @ 8pm ET, ABC

Not to sound too cliche (or to sound like Frosty)....

I was very happy/pleased to see how cerebral the offense appeared - especially players like Barrett and EZE - throughout the entire game. It's like they knew instinctively exactly what needed to happen and when. The obvious mistakes were very few and far between.

They also played with physicality.

1. If I remember correctly, last night when the Bucks missed a tackle early in the game Fowler said something about that being out of character because they either led the nation or were close to the top in fewest missed tackles. Not sure exactly because I wasn't paying that much attention to him and Frosted Tips.

It was the missed tackle by Conley on the first TD of the game. Fowler said Ohio State never missed tackles (he emphasized never) and Ohio State led the nation in fewest missed tackles (30?).

ESPN reality check here: A "missed tackle" seems like a real subjective thing. Has anyone ever seen any official NCAA statistics on missed tackles?
