Game Thread tOSU @ Sparty, Nov 8th @ 8pm ET, ABC

Back in the country now and watching the DVR I am highly impressed by how the Bucks destroyed Sparty's defense. OSU was far from perfect, turnovers etc., but comfortably crossed the finish line in the end. :groove2:

MSU also shot themselves on the foot a couple of times on dropped passes, errant throws on 3rd Down.

Not to take anything away from the defense, Grant was like a glove on Lippett for most of the game.

After watching and re-watching the wisky, bama and duck games over and over again, I decided to watch this one last night (with my good friend maker's 46). The last three minutes of the first half were season changing. MSU could have gone up 28-14 after Wilson turned it over in the red zone, but a td run was called back because of a holding call. The holding call did affect the play, as Apple was in position to make a play and was hooked down by the center. Then we score twice on long passes to Thomas and Smith and we go to halftime up 28-21. Huge sequence for the good guys right there, without which I doubt we are where we are today. This game is now in my regular rotation, along with the maker's 46.
