I know there's not been a lot of positivity as of late with this recruiting class, with current commits looking around (Emory Jones, Cox) and big names falling off (Parsons, Tyreke Smith, Cook, etc), but it's time to give this class another shot...

25 man class. Thinking we keep both Emory and Cox, as Urban has yet to lose a major verbal commitment late by my count (T.Johnson, Elliott, Weber, T.Gibson, Dobbins)

Flipping season is going to be in full-swing here soon once the regular season is finished and pink slips start flying. I think things will start looking more positive around that time, as few use the spatula as well and often as Urban

Flipping season is going to be very minimal, IMO with the December signing period.
And I like your list, but Walker Culver should probably be added in that 2nd OT uncommitted spot

Funny thing is, if Holmes goes in rounds 2-4 of the draft, that would also speak volumes, because he would be drafted over a number teams' starters, and was mainly a career backup.

LJsr: "Son, come to OSU and I'll make sure that you're ready to get to the NFL if you're willing to put in the work, and you can just be a part of our rotation and make the league"

I wonder if Oats is looked at as a kid to put on weight and play on the D line or Pope, or the staff continues to pursue Hicks as another DE to add with Cox(and hopefully Oweh and/or Smith)

Surprised that he didn't see any DL at the finish. Though I'd be content with this finish, just surprising we wouldn't finish with 1 DE or Togai. But if we were to flip Gaotaote I'd be ecstatic

I dont think there's any way we finish with only 1 DE in the class after only taking 1 DE last year.... that's too thin

I was thinking the same thing. I know that this does not answer your question but I would think that anyone who is going to be an early enrollee would sign early.

I dont think there's any way we finish with only 1 DE in the class after only taking 1 DE last year.... that's too thin

And 6 month ago we were wondering how we were going to fit 4 DEs in the class. Since then 3 have trended away and Cox is giving a scare right now.

BK is on the wacky tobacky on that one I think. I think we keep Cox and get one of Johnson/Oweh at least. Hoping we get Togai on board as well. But it would be awesome it Gaotaote flipped, I would take that one haha.

I'm also interested in Marcus Hicks and the recently decommitted DE from UCLA
