Uh no, im not.

He has had some GREAT all around games this year, even on defense (most notably against Purdue.)

But he had a terrible all around game today. Defensively, rebounding, and offensively.
They made an effort to take his game away. Why do you think there was only 1 three point attempt in the 1st half? Defensively? Wiscy is one of the best screen teams in the country and they were executing it perfectly in the 2nd half. Be chicken little if you must, it's kinda your M.O., but that loss is more about how well Wiscy played in the 2nd half, not how bad tOSU played...

I don't understand storming the court in this circumstance. I get the excitement, but generally storming the field/court is for a big underdog pulling off the upset, not the favorite. To each their own.

Its always difficult to go on the road to Wisconsin. They have very good teams. I'll take a Big Ten title and a good chance at the Final Four over going undefeated.

When we beat Wisconsin, we say that was a good win and smile.

When they beat us, they storm the floor/field and celebrate like they won the national championship.

It's great to be a Buckeye.

Granted, it must be nice knocking off the #1 team in the nation. Yet, knowing all the more that your team will never reach that status itself.

Gonna need some revenge next year. Fuck Bucky!

I'll take some revenge in a few weeks in Columbus, right after that in the Big Ten Tournament, and more importantly, in the NCAA Tournament, regardless of whether Wiscy is an opponent or not.

It looked like the team relaxed a little on defense once they got the 15-point lead. That, some hot shooting by Wiscy, and some tOSU shots that bounced out during Wiscy's run spelled doom.

The tide of the game turned when what should have been a foul and a foul shot was called a jump ball.....then the double foul which took a great defender off the floor in Lighty opened up the Whisky run.....

Once the 3's started to fall....it was like running downhill...
Game game by Bucky...thank God this is not like football where a loss kills you....
We will see you in the tourney and may God have mercy on your soul because on a home or neutral court no way we give up a double digit lead....

Just got home from work...couldn't Craft slow down Taylor?

He did the first 28 minutes, but Taylor went nuts the last 12 (20 points). I don't think it mattered who was guarding him at that point. Everything was falling.

We were up 15 with 15 minutes left. :ohwell:

+1

That's what my wife and I were talking about at the end of the game. Wonder how Bucky would feel to be knocked from #1 in something? Of course, to fall from #1 you actually have to get to #1.

Congrats Bucky, you won today and pulled within 2 games of first place in the Big 10. See you in C-bus in a few weeks.
