not to derail but I just wanted to add a little clarity to that, qualification to mensa is ONLY being in the top 2 percent.. so if you only know 1,000 people you have probably met 20 people qualified to join. cool? yes, but not as impressive as it seems before you look into it. If you think they are all a bunch of egg-heads you would be very wrong, most of the smartest people I have met are some of the biggest trouble makers I have ever known.

Rumors are that U Conn is after Herman..
which is completely understandable that everyone would want Herman
but chances of him going
from the university with the BEST facilities in all D-1
to the university with the WORST facilities in all D-1
slim and none

Urban went from NoD to Bowling Green. Agreed the facilities are the worst, but when Urban told Lou Holtz that BG wasn't an ideal coaching destination, Holtz replied asking why they'd be choosing Urban if it were... Just sayin...

Urban also is an Ohio boy that got the opportunity to go back to Ohio for his first head coaching gig. He knew going to BG he would have the support of the community as well as a recruiting advantage. Given that Urban had zero experience being a coordinator or anything higher than a position coach, BG was a solid start for him.

Herman is an Ohio boy, but he has been such a great OC that I doubt he starts off with a team in the MAC. He deserves to start somewhere in a Big 6 conference and Im sure he will hold out for it too. Maybe in 10 years we will have the pleasure to see him return to Ohio State as the HC for the Buckeyes.
