Him playing another position has less to do with ego and more to do with the fact that he is not a tight end. It is an insult to tight ends to think that Tebow could suddenly become one. He may not have a position in the NFL, but if he did, it's hard for one to assume it is tight end.

This is probably true. If Tebow has an NFL career, it's probably as a fullback that's primarily used as a ball carrier or a receiver in the flats.

Just how in the name of Tim Fucking Tebow would you know he's a class act? I don't know if he is or not, but presuming he is a great person is just as prejudiced as saying he's a jerk. For all we know he could know some child molester is shower raping pre-teens and hasn't told anyone.

Are you serious? Trust your coach, he seems to think Tim is way above a average character.

They do also have experienced TEs in Daniel Fells and Michael Hoomanamanamanawanui, so that's still three guys with meaningful NFL experience at the position with Tebow.
