Tim Beck (HC Coastal Carolina)

I get what you're saying, and I agree, Beck has value as a recruiter. If he could stay on in that capacity ONLY, he's worth keeping around. But if his recruiting comes at the cost of the offense's production, what good are recruits like Jones, anyway. Players come and go, but coaches are your continuity. He cannot have any input on gameplanning, QB coaching, or playcalling going forward. The offense this year was mostly awful against any defense with a pulse. Wasnt much better last year with a lineup full of NFL draft picks. Take away BG, Nebraska, Rutgers, and Maryland and it was far below average. There's too much talent here for that to be the case.
Recruiting doesn't matter if you come up with game plans like that.

Dude......Come on.......

You sound like opposing fans we make fun of.

Talent disparity was the reason we lost, poor execution and play-calling contributed to the lopsided score.
Talent disparity....seriously GTFOH

Out coached and out schemed while we were on offense. I will give you that. But that is it, we have the talent.

You sound like the opposing fans claiming we didn't deserve to be there.

I didn't see a talent disparity and the recruiting rankings back that up. I saw an offensive coaching disparity in the way both offenses were developed

All the talent on Bama, Clemson, and Washington's roster combined couldn't have done anything more against Clemson throwing it into the flat 90% of the time (well, maybe Bo would truck some guys, but that's about it). The talent is there, the coaching of that talent isn't.
