Agreed, degree of difficulty on that shot is off the charts...part luck...but also a lot of talent.

Yeah, I doubt he had any visions of actually making that. He was probably just hoping to give himself a realistic chance to save par. But he just struck the ball perfectly in thick rough with little margin for error. Incredible stuff to watch.
