start off with your veggies
onions, celery, bell peppers, potatoes and add SOME of the seasoning
everyone has their favorites, this is mine:
amount of seasoning is tough to describe.
i go by color and smell.
you can also add garlic powder and a few other flavors now as well, but not all of it yet.
bring this to a boil (i do this slowly so i can drink fresh more) and let it roll for about 7 minutes
