Sunday we stopped by Mom Wilson's Sausage place by Norton for the first time ever. We picked up some sausages, ring Bologna, bacon bits, and cheddar cheese (with Habanero and Jalapeno).
Holy Shit! The Cheese too hot to eat direct, wow is that good. I wasn't expecting anything like it direct from a store. Mouth is hot, nose is running. I have to mix it with the bologna and chili and cheese chips.

so normally day after a boil, i’d use leftovers in a Jambalaya.
well the sack was a little on the smaller side and was first boil of the season, so there was no leftovers.
guess i gotta use chicken instead.
