Im sitting here thinking... Its pretty cold outside. Should i cook my steaks on my not made in China grill outside, or a not made in china vintage cast iron pan... I know tomorrow im going to make a pork roast in a not made in china enameled cast iron dutch oven

I opted for the iron skillet for my steaks yesterday and the day before. Couldn't get any toilet paper, so I had to go ahead and buy an entire vacuum sealed tenderloin for half the price when I was at the store on Friday. Got 8 good sized steaks for 64 bucks, and I still have 3 cuts left, but those cuts aren't really suitable to be the centerpiece of a meal. But, they will be good enough for breakfast here in a bit.

When its cast iron pizza night use sausage fat to grease the pans.
