Good on you knowing that I used wine to deglaze the pot before I covered it to simmer. It was a Sauvignon blanc, a cheap one from AldiHow can one not be creative with those kind of leftovers in the fridge. Liked them singly, so why not together? They all go to the same stomach, don't they? What kind of wine did you imbibe with that?
