Thread of What You've Eaten, Cooked and/or Drunk Lately

I haven't been to the big Applebaum since 2009, it was nice back then, walked around like I owned the place. Too bad it's gone so far downhill.

Used to pop in once or twice a month. Was bestest city in USA. Subways were fine. I don’t want to be a Dan Penny
FWIW, heavily reported Gawdawful isolated incidents notwithstanding, NYC is safer in terms of violent crime than most other U.S. cities, including all major or minor ones in Ohio
Keen's is the NYC option you're searching for. Skip right past the steaks and order either the mutton chop or the Flintstonesque slab of prime rib. Peter Luger is pikeyville next to Keen's.
I second this advice wholeheartedly. Also, if you just like Old School steakhouse and to look at a collection of thousands of pipes that belonged to historical figures (https://www.keens.com/historyofkeens/), it's cool AF.
Not at Keens it isn't.
