I haven't forsaken all chips, I have to say. I'm more careful about ingredients. Learning how to read the label was big for me. I also eat in moderation now as well. No more 3 pound bags while I watch a game. (And then have to chisel "cheese" off my fingers for an hour)I'm horrified by all of the junk I've eaten so nonchalantly throughout my life. I've been pretty good at shunning all that delicious poison in the last 6-8 months.
