I'd say poor rural white trash cooking is pretty good. Fried everything with biscuits and other poor farm dishes are the backbone of America. Then there's the recipes on the back of Campbell soup cans."White Trash" cooking can be some of the best cooking America has ever offered up. After all, weren't most of the early immigrants (outside of some clergy in Boston/NY/Virgina) white trash trying to get out of England?
